Baking is an extension of me wanting to do kind things for people.  My experience in fine dining and travel exposed me to an extravaganza of food, ingredients, many kindred spirits, and desserts, reaffirming my appreciation for the finer things in life.  I can’t have those desserts everyday, but I can source those ingredients.  I have chosen the cookie to put them into, taking it to the next level, sharing, making so many souls feel special, appreciated and indulging them in a luxury treat.
