ROYALE ROUNDS COOKIE COMPANY is a low-risk home based business. I am City of Calgary licensed and Alberta Health Services certified. Cookies are not subject to inspection.

ALLERGY ALERT 

ALL COOKIES CONTAIN: WHEAT, DAIRY, EGGS. Some contain COCONUT AND PEANUTS. Purchased ingredients also come from manufacturer’s that process: PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY, SESAME, MUSTARD and SULPHITE.

I consider any allergy serious. If you have allergies or the recipient has allergies ROYALE ROUNDS COOKIE COMPANY is NOT recommended.

FOR A LUXURIOUS EXPERIENCE

Best consumed immediately. I don’t use preservatives, the cookies are heat sealed to maintain freshness for two(2) weeks, however I recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature. Do not store in the refrigerator. If you don’t plan to consume within two(2) weeks, store in your freezer immediately in an airtight container up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature for 4 hours before enjoying. 

LEAD TIME FOR ALL ORDERS: 96 hours/4 full days due to the resting process of my doughs and the glazing process of the Royale Rounds.

DELIVERY: I offer flat rate delivery within Calgary city limits. $10 for delivery, per address. Surrounding areas currently not available.

SHIPPING: Currently not available.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of my cookies, I can not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL/NO CANCELLATION. I do not offer refunds.
